Beware !!! This is not a real repair man . He’s a total fake . He will just waste your time and try and take your money . He doesn’t have any staff , works alone and needs a driver to get him around red flag right there . He came to look at my washing machine diagnosed the problem and didn’t come back ? I called him back and it was just lies after lies for a week . When I finally told him I was done with him he showed up at my door , my husband let him in out of curiosity . After we heard him hitting the machine and watching a YouTube video on how to fix it we kicked him out !! He tried to leave with the part he took out of my machine by hiding it . This guy should get reported . I read his reviews and there’s a few good ones joke !! Probably written by him . Do not hire this guy if you know what’s good for you .

First....this man overcharged for a Repair he said he did, second he took the bottom of our washer to his home and brought it back broken, then he complained that the price he give us was to low and wanted more....More ?!!! for a broken machine....and to top it All...I did not understand why my wife didn't wanted to be alone with him ? ....he tried kissing her !!!Shortly after we learn that this man typical operational mode involves in trying to kiss woman/clients....That is sexual harrassment !I will see you in court Pronto.

Over charge and fraud.Stay away.

Must avoid absolutly , came in last week for my dishwasher , he changed the soap dispenser and replaced it with a cheap version that never worked , he wont return my calls and doesn’t show up on scheduled appointment , horrible service , charged me $150 for that dispensor plus labor $120 .

Pronto 2000 = be wareMr Guillermo the owner is a either a liar or an idiot?I called Pronto 2000 to have my 2012 LG refrigerator repaired ( worth $3800.00).I specifically asked Mr. Guillermo the owner if he was qualified to repair my LG refrigerator, he assured me he was more then qualified. He came could not find the problem because he has no diagnostic equipment, to his knowledge the compressor was the problem so he drained the compressor then refilled the compressor?? He left to return the next day, but he had left the service port valve opened on the low pressure side of the compressor this caused the compressor to run empty which burnt the compressor. He the decided the leak was from the condenser he cut the condenser out to find the condenser was ok. This incompetent idiot was attempting to change a compressor on a kitchen floor.To make a long story short It cost me $4000.00 to replace the refrigerator he scrapped and be ware he has no insurance or money to pay for his damages. He does on the other side invoke God to invoke pity his excuse, things Happen" It is also to noted that this enlightened repairman when checking a compressor only uses the low pressure side of the compressor

Worst experience ever!! Where do i start.. he had no idea the washer gives error codes.. so he suggested to change unnecessary parts.. the part that he brought was clearly used and not original. He charges 75$ an hour and didn't tell me this from the beginning. When he left i found that he forgot to put the seal on the door and i had to call him 4 times to come back to do it. At the end when i started the machine it leacked from the back and in the basement and i have to call somebody else to repair it. Soooo frusterating ... PLEASE AVOID THIS GUY

Please stay away from this company as this man has no idea of what he is doing and that is IF he shows up! He supposedly fixed my fridge, only I now have to call another repair company because he never came back when I called him to tell him that I still had a problem.
