From the moment we had to prepare the house before putting it on the market, Ilian and Sonia have been extremely proactive and dedicated and we really felt that we were in good hands with them. They gave us great advice in terms of how to stage the house, what to put in storage so the spotlight was on the house and the spaces and not on what was filling the rooms, how to showcase our beautiful garden, etc. The house showed beautifully thanks to them. They were even there to move what had to be put in storage (with the help of their son) and put everything back in the house once the house was sold. They worked with a professional photographer for the listing’s pictures and it made all the difference.
