I purchased a dryer from them. I was very happy with their service. They had no problems communicating with my tenants (which most service companies do). You can tell they’re busy but always followed up through the process. They delivered the service they promised at a great price, my tenant is happy; what more can you ask for.I’d recommend and use again.

Contacted the store on a Tuesday to have a repairman come look at my freezer that stopped working. The lady I spoke to on the phone seemed helpful and accommodating around my work schedule. An appointment was booked for Friday. Close to the end of the expected time window I called the store because no one had showed up, the same lady answered, said he was running behind and asked if could reschedule for Monday at the same time. I accepted. On Monday again same thing. I called the store because no one showed, there was no answer and voice-mail was full. I sent a message on Facebook Messenger. 2 days later after no response I called the store, the same lady answered the phone, she said sorry my fault

Charged a $100 for two minutes or less for moving a tiny piece aside. I used to by from the store when the father was in charge and although he is a tough business man, he is also personable and human..unlike his son sadly. I felt cheated.

Didn't have what l needed but were very helpful in finding the parts and how I could get them.

Two stars only because the actual technicians were very nice and helpful, you can tell they work hard. The woman on the phone on the other hand was less than helpful and difficult to deal with. We were initially told it would be a couple days to have our appliance fixed, but its been almost a week. On the phone, the woman who answered refused to give direct answer on timeframes for when we might expect our service call to show up. The second time we called she said she had never spoken to us or heard about us before.

They are always wonderful to deal with. Very fast, affordable and polite.

I gave them my ac to clean and they came back with it dirty and smelly so I got charged for absolutely nothing got ripped off completely

This place has helped me find the parts for my appliances many times. Thanks for all the help, much friendlier than other places I have tried. I will definitely be back next time an appliance breaks down. Staff was very helpful looking up a kenmore part that was difficult to identify, other places told me go elsewhere but Bill's was able to identify the part and find it for me. Thanks again, keep up the good work.

Used Bill's in the past for our dryer service and they were great. But now I needed service for my fridge and I got the old man on the phone. He wasn't even interested in booking me for an appointment. I'll be going elsewhere if this is the kind of B.S. you get from Bill's Appliance.

I needed my window air conditioner cleaned, the men picked it up, cleaned it at the shop and re-installed it in 2 days. The men were very pleasant did a great job
