Didn't like how the person at drive thru this morning . She was lecturing me to order ahead of time. There were no cars at the the drive thru at the time I was there. I didn't know there was a rule on when to order. What if I just decided last minute that I wanted starbucks? Sorry, but you can't tell someone when to order. Either way, I'm still waiting for my order at the drive thru even when I order ahead of time. This is why I go to starbucks, for good service, not to he told and lectured when to order!

Lines through the drive-thru are pretty hit and miss .. I can never quite figure out when the best time to get through is. Orders are always right though.Update: it still takes forever to get something as simple as a coffee. You would think by now if you place your order at the drive-thru order board, within the 10 minutes it takes to get through to the window, they might have it ready. Very challenging when you have a limited amount of time for lunch

I ordered a drink with vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top and it did NOT taste like that at all. It tasted like just heavy cream and butter. I EVEN went back and asked for a proper one and they gave the exact same one again. Disgusting. Do better. Waste of money. Idk why y'all hype this place up so much. Vanilla sweat cream is supossed to be SWEET and SYRUPY.

Just wanted to say that I went through the drive thru this morning, and the service could not have been better. Amazingly friendly, cheerful and quick. I missed the cutoff to leave a tip via the app, I apologize, but will double up the next time I come. But wanted to at least give a shoutout to the great team here. Thanks so much.

I always pre order to this Starbucks and will definitely have to stop. Like I said, I always mobile order and it’s always the same problem. I come in 10 minutes after I order, stand around for about 5 minutes before someone asks what I’m waiting for, then will start making my drink after another 5 minutes. I never have this problem at any other Starbucks. I pre order so I don’t have to wait and this is a bit ridiculous
