Laughable service. They refused to refund for this obvious hemming mistake, and actually wouldn’t even acknowledge there was a mistake. The lady was yelling about it lol. Avoid this place, far better options

They charged me $126 to dryclean one bridesmaid dress after I wore it once. This is more than the dress cost and didn't tell me until I picked it up...If you are going to charge those astronomical prices you need to be up front about the cost!

I really enjoyed the service - did both dry cleaning and alteration for my pants (dress, cargo). All is arranged in a timely manner, the prices are competitive. Will be coming back again!

took in a white comforter that had some marks on from someones suitcase put on the bed, was assuming it was going to be drycleaned at $50.00, picked up they said it was in washing machine, no bleach, no additional cleaners added , looks exact the same as when i took it. could have taken it to the laundromat myself and paid $10 for same thing....

I took my clothes in very good hard plastic and wooden hangers (photos below). They came back with metal wire hangers of poor quality (photo below as well)When I asked for my hangers back, they said my friend had come and pick them up. When I said that no friend of mine had come for the clothes or hangers, they said that I had come before and pick them up. When I said I had been there just once, to drop the clothes, they said I had taken all the hangers back with me that day. Well, I stopped arguing after that, as it was clear they would never admit any wrongdoing or return my original hangers.I’m definitely never going back there again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. If you can’t trust them to return your hangers, how can you trust anything else they say to you.

I took a couple of suits and ties to wash and apparently they only ironed it, they didn't clean anything, they still have the same stains and a blazer is burned due to excess heat and I had only used it once. terrible service

Look at all the one star reviews for ruined clothes! I was dismayed to find that the one time I used this dry cleaner, *five* of the eight shirts I had brought for cleaning were ruined: it looked like they had overdone whatever process they used and colours had seeped from the fabrics into other places. I'd had all these shirts for over a year and they had been dry cleaned numerous times with no problem. They were highly treasured shirts I bought abroad that are not easily replaceable. Very annoyed with myself for not checking their ratings before using this dry cleaner.

The owner and the relatives seem to be acting intentionally to improve Google's review. No wonder I found 5 star reviews from the owner's both sons Mr. An. It doesn't necessarily mean bad things. Maybe they're customers of this business as well. Or guess they would have felt so sorry for the bad comment about the business and decided to do so. I believe one of them will take over the business later in the future. With my best.On the other hand, I was satisfied with their service. I can communicate with them well in Korean, they're very nice and kind to me. Happy to be a neighbour of this lovely hidden gem.I have been invited to their special Saturday christian worship, and I am blessed by keep participating it. I truly experienced what the grace is. Thanks God.They promised to be more careful when doong dry cleaning and using bleach. I hope that more people will be satisfied with the services in the future.After all, cheers guys!

Covid has not been kind to my wasteline, so bought three pairs of dress pants and took it to this place for alterations - hem and waist.The guy is pretty cool for an older dude - fan of soccer, so we bonded on that - we talked about world cup soccer teams - his country and mine. Gave me a date to pick up, which was fast. When I arrived, he said he was sorry - I said about what?! Thought it was about my pants. He said he was sorry his country's soccer team beat mine - and we had a good laugh. Back to the pants...the quality was great and the price reasonable. I will be back.
