Displays and amount of information was impressive because it did not only talked about Capt. Cook, the settlement of Corner Brook, and the mill it also touched base on the effects of the European settlers on the First Nations peoples of Newfoundland. Very well researched and a lot to look at without being overwhelmed. Did notice some plaques were missing on some display items, but not enough to ruin the experience. However, it is not accessible for those in a wheelchair.

A beautiful, historic and well-maintained grand hotel. Expensive but worth a stay to enjoy the luxury and celebrate Quebec's past. Have breakfast and enjoy the great service and the views.
