My pool pump failed to start when I tried to open my pool this week. Watsons had us up and running within 24 hours of taking my call .Have used them many times over the past 12 years and have always received excellent service!!

Watson pools is incredibly professional, experienced and knowledgeable. The support the team provides is the best I have experienced. About seven years ago, our family bought a house with an inground pool. After a year of frustration and trying every pool supplier in Edmonton, I have come across Watson Pools.I can honestly say I have gotten the service above any expectation I have, and this is after about six years of using them consistently.At this point, I do not even dare to think about calling anyone else. We purchased an above ground pool this summer and Watson pools has been amazing. The staff is incredibly kind, patient and supportive. Extremely professional and has their clients best interest at heart. They are honest and do everything they can to make your pool experience positive. I absolutely enjoyed going here when I had my pool. I was new at maintaining a pool and I jumped in and bought a home with a 30 by 15 foot pool. The staff there taught me everything I needed to know from replacing all the pipes to maintaining clean and clear water. It didn't matter if it was off hours, if I sent a text, Shane helped me. All and all I highly recommend Watson Pool Inc.

I just purchased my first pool and I had no idea what I was doing. I got it set up and then needed some guidance on keeping the water clean and balanced, as well as sorting through opinions I had found online. I was frazzled and needed help!! The team at Watson Pools came highly recommended and I'm so glad I went there! The staff at Watson Pools was amazing. I am a first time pool owner they spent the time walking me thru the things to watch for and the products that I would need. They did the water analysis for free to let me know what products I needed and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I will definitely keep using them in the future.

We purchased a house with an inground pool 3 yrs ago. For 2 summers we were using another company for water sampling and spending countless dollars chasing the perfect water chemistry. We’d go in weekly and every single time they’d tell us we need to adjust this, that or the other and it was a non stop cycle of adding chemicals all summer. We were fed up and decided to try Watson pool this year and it’s a night and day difference! Our water has been perfect since doing what they directed us to to after the first sample we took in and all we’ve had to add since it the usual chlorine. Their customer service is fantastic. It is evident to me that they care about their customers and are not just in it to make a bunch of money.

Highly recommend this place for helping take care of your pool. I take my water samples here all the time for free testing. They not only give me the results but also tell me exactly which type of chemical I need to add for my size of pool. They take the time to explain options and help teach/guide during the process. Will be going here for as long as I can.
