This is how I got my taco! This is really sad as a restaurant owner I work really hard to offer my clients good quality food. In return I would think other restaurant owners would do the same. I understand mistakes happen, but with a rating of 2.9 stars and more than 236 ratings taco-bell should do something….

If there was an option for zero stars I would be putting that instead. Customer service is a big part of working in any industry, but the staff that I had the pleasure of talking to (note the sarcasm) don't seem to have any comprehension of what good customer service is. The staff members were incredibly rude and could be overheard saying mean things about the customers. I will not be returning to this location for the sheer lack of human civility.

Went through the drive through and they forgot to give me two items. Went inside and politely stood at the front cash where they had no one attending. I had to call out into the kitchen to get someone to acknowledge my missing items. Finally got back to the car to eat and every taco is about 50-60 percent empty with barely any lettuce. Worst Taco Bell I've been to from Toronto to Ottawa. Inside was fairly clean.

Went at 9:20 barley had anything ready. They close at 10pm. I paid for something than said they don’t have any. Of what I wanted. So I got them to return my money. WORST PLACE TO GET FOOD AND WORSE SERVICE

Had the taco meal for $12.99. Terrible . Bordering on disgusting. The drink was root beer. So sweet I took one swig and left it on the trash can. Racoons will eat the rest tonight.

terrible experience….. spent 50$ on tacos and not one taco had any sour cream or tomatoes, the fries were ice cold, and i got wrong drinks…. would not recommend this establishment as the workers don’t do their jobs and management is a joke.

Hi so today my friends and I went in Taco Bell and the customer service was absolutely horrid. Charlie the front cashier didn’t understand our order properly and gave us a ton of attitude when we asked him to correct our order during and before the payment. Then, he proceeded to go behind the counter and talk badly about us all while being extremely rude in front of us. He didn’t not seem to understand his job. Then one of the ladies in the back (cooking) proceeded to be rude towards us when we asked to change the order, I understand she cannot change the food after it’s been handed out, but the bag wasn’t even opened. Also, he was also being impolite to the people behind us. Be better if you work in Customer service.

Pretty par for Taco Bell / KFC combo shops, so mildly disappointing. Asking for a tip on the drive-through credit card processor is a bold move.Routinely has no tomatoes. Owner won’t go to the grocery store to get some as they are a franchise and “due to the franchisee contract they must come from Taco Bell”. Sad the franchisee is so limited as I’m sure the contract also has provisions for supplies to remain in stock.

Food was decent I had a craving for this taste. Only issue is the prices , they don’t offer a basic two taco combo like they used to for $5 , now forced to pay almost $10 for two taco supreme meal which only difference is sour cream tomatoes on the tacos for a 5 dollar difference?

Always closes early all incompetent little kids working. If you want to close half hour early then make that your time! Once in a blue moon I would understand but every single time I go for the past year is ridiculous. Super unprofessional. One time I went 55 minutes before closing time and they refused service with little kids laughing saying they still get paid until 10 regardless of it being 9:05. And tonight 20 minutes before closing everything is shut off. Change your hours if you can't follow them, I'm driving over 30 minutes just for them to close early.
