Ryan from VB Vinyl has been great to work with for our Vinyl garage deck finishing. He was easily accessible, professional, and easy going. His initial work on the deck looked flawless and we were happy with the results. A few weeks later, it finally rained, and one of our contractors found that there was a leak above the garage on the Vinyl deck. After the rain had stopped, we peek to see where the leak was coming from. It was literally impossible to see where there was a leak, as all the seems we're tight and solid. Ryan came down to assess and also redo the seams so that we could be finished w/ the desk. Unfortunately, the small pin hole leak still persisted. Ryan reached out to all his contacts, suppliers, and provided as much documentation to the suppliers to have the deck redone. Ryan followed up w/ everything and provide us at ease that the deck was going to be leak proof. He came back and took apart his entire job and redid the job, at his own expense. Ryan was honest, transparent, and provided unreal customer service to us, and we would highly recommend his services. It was later determined, that the shipping provider was the culprit of the pin hole leak, as Ryan found another batch of supplies w/ a nail in it from the shipper. Ryan is an honest, down to hear, stand up guy who will go to bat for you and has provided fantastic service. Thanks again Ryan!
