The people are good, but often the follow through for items reported is lacking. Trying to contact those keeping track of your file is difficult and frustrating. General disorganization and lack of going the extra step to make you feel safe, and that everything that could be done was done. Had to ask for certain checks to be done, rather than them just being done. Not impressed, and have heard of many other people with similar upseting experiences.
