Dixon's Auto Body & Glass - Welland

I was driving on the highway and a stone took a huge chip outta my windshield. I was about 100 ft from this building. Reception was wonderful, technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything first. They took our car immediately and helped us get back on the road. Absolutely amazing experience

Had a great experience with Dixon's this week when we needed the back windshield replaced on our service truck. Both Dave and Todd were great to deal with and prompt to respond to our calls. They even accommodated the engine driven welder we had in the bed, which greatly limited their access for installation, but they still managed to skillfully install the glass without complaint. To top it all off, the ordering, installation time, and quoted price were exactly as promised. Very pleasant process and experience.

Went to Dixon's Auto Body & Glass - Welland for a small amount of rust on our CX5. We were directed there from Canadian Tire. Really happy with the result. Door looks brand new and was finished early. Matthew was really easy to communicate with via text. Would use again for sure.

Scratched my new(to me) pickup truck. Dave made the best of a bad situation and did a flawless repair for a very reasonable price. Will come back for all my auto body and glass needs! 100% would recommend.

Great staff, great work, professional, honest and kind. They got my vehicle in quickly and got it repaired and on its way faster then expected. Easy to work with and handled the insurance side in a way that made it easy for me. Highly recommend.
