I am so impressed with Dr. Lee and the Retina Centre, the expertise of Dr. Lee and the overall level of patient care. A problem with my retina was identified and the very next day, Dr. Lee made time for me and repaired something that could have led to something significantly more serious and potentially life changing. Explanations were clear and I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Lee and the Retina Centre are truly remarkable! Thank you

Thanks to Dr.Lee and Dr. Agapitos my mom has had her vision pretty much restored. Regular visits to Dr Lee and annual check ups with Dr Agapitos ensure my mom's ability to continue to read in her golden years.

They dont care about your eyes only the money I was there last week I explained to the Dr that I had a surgery and the vision of my right eye is not as usual the Dr told me he cant do anything for me unless I pay around 2K to have a medication injected in my eyes. AT LEAST HE COULD ASK HIS ASSISTANT OR THE TECHNICIAN TO DO SOME TESTS

3rd time i have been here and has been a 90 minute wait every time. Asked reception why it so mate and they said that its just how the office works. Scheduling is horrible and patients are completely disrespected with regards to our time. Dr. Tuley is good but they need to clean up their scheduling.

Dr Tuuli is good at his job but the receptionists are horrible. They treat the elderly like they are sub human. One of them told my mom to read a notice instead of helping her…yeah ask a near blind woman to read. Total lack of empathy and compassion. They also only call about appointments half the time.

My appointment was at set time and it took me 2.5 hrs to see the dr. I understand that there are issues with medical services and there are higher than normal wait times. But when I have my appointment before other people arrive and they are called first this is bothersome.Once I was taken to a room I was in there and on the table was DIRTY and USED medical equipment from the previous patient. I was so grossed out there were open tubes of a red liquid, tweezers and bandages. The room was NOT sanitized or cleaned before I was brought in.I will not be going back here for any appointments. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Staff harasses patients at this location. I have been calling every other day since last 3 weeks to get a copy of simple eye scans but they simply take the message and don’t do anything about it. I had 3 surgeries related to Retina detachment in last 2 years and have been coming to this location for follow up since then. I have to go another eye surgery and have to travel to some other country and need the scans to be safe but they are not providing me my scans. Such a shame that such good doctors have this much of bad staff!
