Great customer service. Rakhpreet and Lindsey did great job. They had nothing left in food section but still those girls serve me a bun filled with veg. And cheese. Very impressive a I had it as a snack. Very satisfied.

How can a coffee shop not be able to serve expresso drinks or frozen drinks if machine are broken for more than 3 weeks. The Tim Horton chain is going down hill from where it was a few years ago

Good coffee and decent prices. Just confusing which counter they will serve you at because it is different every single time I go depending on the staff

The coffee isn't made fresh every 20 mins anymore, they're in these giant gas station like vats. My coffee was 4 hours old according to the digital fresh time". Quality has most definitely slipped the last few years. I don't even buy donuts or timbits here because they always have too much sugar glaze and are way stale."

This is for the drive thru, when people order food and it's not ready when they get to the window they should have to go park and wait, not hold up the line of cars for 10 to 15 mins.

coffee and lots of food choices but the lady Yesterday .didn't take our order right charged us for a 3rd wrap we didnt order. They where not good at all. We Had already left and where not about to waste gas to go back . Definitely wont go back there again this was the down town one.

I stopped at Tim Hortons on my way to work to get a coffee and breakfast i ordered a double double a sausage farmers wrap and a couple donuts. well the 1st guy the one at the till gave me my coffee and the donuts and told me to wait i waited and i was watching the second guy the one making the food kind of wander around and slowly putting cream cheese on bagels and wrapping them. I stood there for 15 minutes and asked the first guy how much longer it was going to take then he told me rudely that if i didnt want to wait i should have made it at home and that they serve 100 people every morning. Iv’e been to a lot of Tim Hortons locations who served way more people than that and were still fast so i told him im going to be late for work and ive already been here for 15 minutes and i would just like a refund for the wrap so i can leave and not be late he rudely refused so i kept waiting and finally got my wrap it was tiny like 2 and a half inches long wrapped in a bagel wrapper not the cardboard wrap container and was easily half the size it should have been i just took it and left because i had 10 minutes to be at work but this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable
