excellent service, very polite delivery driver, very good customer service even after requesting a delivery date change

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to ship anything! Walmart deals with them for online shopping and I am still waiting for my purchase that will now be a week delayed due to negligence on their part. They state they call before delivery and they absolutely DO NOT.!!! I contacted them after the first missed delivery due to them not calling (as they state they do and as does Walmart) and had to reschedule. When rescheduling, I specifically asked them to call me in advance so I could come from work to receive the parcel and stressed how much I did not want to miss the delivery and that I was desperate to get my purchase. I repeatedly verified that they were certain that I would get a quick call a little in advance so I could be there and I was assured that it was no problem and that the info would be given to the driver and once again, they did not call and I wasn't able to get it again! When I called yet again to reschedule and spoke to someone different, they informed me that they don't necessarily call despite being told they do and would. Needless to say, I will obviously have to take the day off work so that I can get my parcel!! Very disappointing service!!!

NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!This the absolute worst company ever. Totally disorganized, unapologetic. Customer service is terrible. They lost my package and kept giving me the run-around. I called them everyday to enquire about my package and they kept Telling me a different story every time.Just outright liars.

Doug was able to answer all my questions and provided me with the information I needed to know about collect shipments when I called.

The worst of the worst companies to deal with. They left my package in the pouring rain and never bothered to knock on the door to let us know it was there. There was no phone call or anything. I only noticed it there when I looked outside to see how much it was raining. We ordered 2 things from Walmart and they arrived in the city at the same time, but only one package arrived. The other one won't be here for another week, even though they both arrived in the city at the exact same time. Why would they want to make two separate trips, other than to just annoy the customer. They said there is nothing they can or will do about it and to be patient, it will get there when it gets there. What a super unorganized and brutal company. Why are they even still in business?

Would have been nice if they rang the doorbell or called us instead of leaving our delivery in the middle of our driveway in the rain. The only reason the cardboard is someone intact is that they pulled out of my driveway as I came home. Now, I will admit seeing a couple of 59-60 year olds scrambling around in the rain with a hammer so we could pry apart the wooden frame is amusing, but it leaves a less than professional impression.

No problems. They included a tracking number right off the bat. Order took a week from Ontario, which isn't too bad consider the weight of the package.Doug called me to let me know my delivery was coming a couple days beforehand. He was professional and polite. The gentlemen who delivered the package actually put it right inside my house which was nice.I would recommend them.

Left a delivery in my front yard, driver claimed it was over his weight limit, even though he had a dolly, he refused to bring it up my front steps (3 concrete stairs) to my door.

Sent untrained and inept staff to deliver my order. Did not appear to know how to use a pallet jack. Showed up in winter in running shoes and no gloves, or any protective equipment whatsoever. Almost killed themselves unloading the pallet.
