Apple Tree Dentistry

I’ve been coming here for over two years already, I’m surprised I have not left a review yet.The experience here have been great with very single person we have dealt with, everyone here is nice and professional.I bring all the family here and most of us are happy with the service, they are great with the kids.All staff is courteous and friendly, I also like the event they put together around summer time (movie at the park).

I cannot say enough great things about Apple Tree Denistry. I started out not looking for a new dentist but going in for a retainer, I became a patient. The staff are amazingly helpful and kind. After my initial visit I ended up switching over after being with my other dentist for over 15 years.I had some concerns regarding my gums, they booked me I right away, the hygienist was amazing and Dr. Andrew really took the time to explain things.I highly recommend! Thanks for the great service!

Was here today with my 7 year old daughter. They were phenomenal with her dental anxiety - thank you so much! They knew exactly how to deal with her anxiety, and worked hard to make her experience positive. Both the Dentist and Hygienist were very patient.

Two words, genuine and friendly. This dentist office is the best I have ever been to. You are treated like a good friend from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. They actually care about you here and take good care to make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone!

By far the best dental office I have ever been. They have state of the art equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. And are very flexible for your needs. I highly recommend them for your family dental needs.

I see the reviews that are posted are from a year ago, and admittedly a year ago I would also have given a great review, however today was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I am a nervous patient, which is clearly in my file, I was given a new dentist at the last minute (after my appointment was rescheduled twice due to my dentist being late), and left waiting in the chair for 2 10 minute intervals. After 10 minutes of waiting the second time, I expressed my concerns and only then did the work commence again. There were a few other matters, however this post is long enough. It is unfortunate that this office is not living up to it's own standards, it had such potential. I believe it is just getting too big for itself. A note about the front desk staff, they have always been amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Needless to say my pursuit for a dentist continues...

The best dentist I've ever been too! Right from the start, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I never once felt pressured to have services done or to buy any products. The staff treat you like a person and don't talk down to you. They lay out all the information clearly and encourage questions. They are super upfront about costs before beginning any service, which was such a relief for me since I don't have insurance. I needed to have a cavity redone and they were extremely gentle and very quick. What I really appreciated is that they asked me before if there is anything they could do to make it a more comfortable experience - this means a lot to me, having had terrible dentists in the past. Thank you Dr. Tim and staff, I will definitely be coming back :)
