Louise's RMT session was pure magic! She had the touch of a kind-hearted wizard, nailing my issues with laser-like precision. It's like she read my mind, but with her hands! I'd give her a standing ovation and recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. A solid 10/10, because she made me feel so good that I almost forgot I had muscles. Louise, you rock!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Have seen both Carly and Alanna and they are fantastic. Went to see Carly as I had been having bad migraines and a sore neck, immediately felt relief the next day. Super super knowledgeable, I feel like I leave every appointment learning something knew about how my body works. Would definitely recommend embody massage!

I attended Embody for the first time about 2 months ago. The RMT I had for the last 10 years retired.I met with Paul Leduc and during the intake interview I hi-lighted a few areas of long term trauma.Paul asked to address the concern areas from a different angle of treatment than I was accustomed to. I was sceptical but agreed. By goodness if I didn't feel immediate relief!To be clear it was deep tissue massage and the follow up IS imperative.He gave me some specific stretching exercises to utilize and try to get into a weekly routine.I cannot express how much better I have felt from this treatment. I feel unencumbered for the first time in about 15 years. Truly remarkable !!The clinic is very professional and although I have had limited contact with the rest of the team, the contact I've had has been courteous, friendly and very professional.I would highly recommend Paul and the team at Embody.

I used to see Bryan but he gets fully booked immediately, not surprised since he is really good. Now im seeing Matthew, also an amazing therapist. He is available on evenings and weekends which works well for my schedule. My neck and back always feel better after a visit. Highly recommended!

This place is FANTASTIC!If you are looking for a team of experts in massage therapy in Kelowna, this is it. I have seen several therapists at location 1 and 2 and when you ask for what you like you get exactly the massage needed every time ! I don’t like too deep of pressure about moderate and I like a quiet treatment so I can unwind my over stressed nervous system from busy life. Clinic 1 is super cozy like a cottage and clinic 2 is very modern. Both clean comfortable and quiet which I like. I text message Carly when I need help last minute and she is always extremely punctual to get back to me for help. I have seen Carly, Matthew, and Miranda at the two clinics and very different style each of them but all very effective. My experience has been great! Thanks embody I had no idea RMT could fix my pain and tightness like this but it’s an integrated part of my monthly self care now :)

Louise is amazing and has made a huge difference for our whole family. She is a very versatile massage expert and has made a major difference in my mobility through hip replacement, chronic migraine headaches and other athletic pain. I have referred my entire workplace and my children see Louise for massage also. The level of intensity that Louise provides is effective for my situation and my mother in law requires softer massage which she is extremely effective at. I only give credit where it is absolutely deserved and you would not regret a minute with Louise as your massage therapist. Thank you.

I have had 2 sessions with Ashley Hariraj, she has been great! She has done a great job targeting the areas that need work and as a result I feel 100 times better, the pain and numbness in my left hand has decreased and my mobility has increased a ton. I highly recommend Ashley as your next rmt!

I have gone to so many RMTs and am so happy that I came across Embody. It is so hard to find a good RMT which is why I have been going here for over a year now. I have had Mira and Carly- they are hands down the best! Their massage techniques and personable attitude makes me keep coming back! Highly recommend!!

Disappointing. I've been twice and both times walked away disappointed. I don't like metal tools being used on me. And the second time, my entire body was covered with a sheet! There was no oil. There was no actual touching my skin. It was just strange and very costly for just an ok experience. I have had better deep tissue massages from non registered masseuse at half the price. I don't understand what's happening to this industry but it's not good.
