Got the classic chicken sandwich and it’s hard and dried out so idk how long they had it in the warmer for but too long is the answer there

Terrible service. Waited 8 min for someone to take the order in drive thru. only to be told they had no chicken, no cups, no Pepsi and they couldn't serve me much of anything. Workers were laughing and messing around, ignoring customers. One worker was preparing fries using the same gloves he used to clean the washroom. Unsanitary conditions. This place MUST BE AVOIDED.

Worst kfc ever i drove 35 minutes to get here 20 minutes before closing time and they locked the door and ignored me!!

This message is for the owner of this location, looks like you are not paying enough to your employees maybe that’s why the employees are taking their frustration on customers by providing the worst customer service and bad quality food, dear employees I understand less money creates huge stress but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers , that represents your value and worth as a person.Really feel bad for you guys,

Just ordered 10pc bucket with fries, coleslaw, and Mac salad through Skip.Order comes with no fries and has a potato salad instead. The chicken was so greasy I can use it to lube my CRV. No effort at all from this place. Will never order from them again.

Used the drive thru. Everything was hot & fresh and yummy. Our window person was great, but missed out putting in our fries for the 3rd combo. Good thing is there were enough fries to split between 3. Our usual spot and normally, they are fantastic!

3 Times now I’ve been there when it’s not lunch. The only thing I ever get there is their chicken sandwiches or their boneless box meal and they seem to NEVER have popcorn chicken or the sandwiches when I go there around 7-8. Lately I’ve been working a later shift at a store across the street from them and have been disappointed every time I go there during the afternoon/night shift. Don’t go there past I’m assuming 5-6 if you want anything else besides chicken tenders or regular chicken. Not coming back here if you can’t provide your whole menu. Disappointing because I work close by too!

I was ordering my food which was only 3 combos and the person on the speaker seemed so unimpressed. Almost as if I was inconveniencing him by being there the store was not busy. I had three other staff members goofing off in the parking lot and in the middle of the drive thru. Then when I got my order I got burnt tenders doughy popcorn chicken cold fries. And was missing parts of my order. They were in such a hurry for me to leave
