Fantastic class. Learned a lot even after spinning at the gym for a long time. Nice changeroom facilities, and very clean.

If you've never tried a spin class but want to test it out, this is a great place to start. When you create an account, they give your first class FREE with no strings attached.Although the space seems new to the area, they are professional and the staff definitely know what they're doing. They know how to make you feel welcome and at ease, especially if you are a first timer like myself.My class only had 3 of us, but our instructor Jean was very personable and created an almost intimate environment for us within the hour. It shifted focus away from our own fitness strengths/weaknesses and more towards pushing ourselves to be better.Overall, I'm extremely impressed and am happily considering going back for more classes!

This is an amazing studio and they have great staff! The instructor, AJ will get you moving and keep you moving the entire class. I will definitely be back for more.
