Went in to insure my vehicle from out of province after completing my car inspection and other checklist items as this was my 2nd car I've brought in from out of province. Spent 2.5 hours in the office with a gentleman who was nice enough but clearly had no clue what he was doing. Was told to contact the leaseholder, did that, got permission to transfer car to BC, called back to complete process and was basically told to come in and start from scratch. Going to go somewhere else now.

Best place to do your insurance. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Harsha from lougheed London Drugs ICBC autoplan was extremely helpful and patient with our procedure. He is very positive and has a very nice demeanor. London Drugs and ICBC are lucky to have staff like him.

They know what they are doing and they are being very customer orientated. They helped me to renew my plan two months before the new driver factor deployed. I went back there to see if there any option to have discount or not. They are being very informative and thinking about the solution to help me to save money. Eventually, Harsha helped me saved almost 2000 CAD after registering a new plate. I will definitely always renew there if I don't move in the future.

Doesn’t even know that you can pay insurance with credit card? Not remotely funny .Insurance finally got done but it took hours .. and I am not kidding. Would I go back . Never .Eric call icbc . They do accept credit card .No Eric not for full payment . I paid my first instalment with my credit card .Go back and renew the course .Your agent called and was told so .Only cause my husband had to come down that phone number is the store in Richmond???? Not the insurance.

I spent two hours trying to insure my truck which was purchased out of province. The guy doing my paper work had no idea what he was doing, called ICBC twice, then told me he could not insure my truck unless I got a document signed by a lawyer saying that I was the owner. This seemed unusual so I called ICBC personally and they said that was not necessary. So I informed him that’s what ICBC said, then he lost his temper on me because I wasn’t doing what he told me to do. And said that it was my fault for not following the instructions that he gave me(which were incorrect and would have cost me lots of money, in lost wages and legal fees) and then refused to help me. The next day I tried maxam insurance brokers and they had the truck insured in 15 minuets, lawyers necessary. I would recommend using a different insurance broker than this one. They cost me several hundred dollars in lost wages and potentially more in legal fees if I had followed their instructions.
