Greg actually came by on a stat holiday (it was a dry and sunny day and the weather forecast for other days were rain) to help put some lead patches on some older cracked concrete tiles. Once he finished, he sent me an email outlining what was done and pictures of all the work and he did. I would highly recommend Greg and his roofing services.

Friendly quick professional easy to communicate with. He replaced the skylight for me many years ago. He just replaced another one November 2021. Did the job in 30 minutes. Took pictures after his work. Haven't had any leaks and I'm not expecting any. If something did happen he comes out very quickly. Offers warranty.

He was quick to reply on a Saturday and, although it wasn’t urgent (I’d asked if he could fix it in the next week or so), he arrived within a few days. He quickly found and fixed the two problems. Greg Krushel (Owner) came to my home the same day, when I told him that I had broken tiles on my roof that needed replacing on an emergency basis. Greg provided a free estimate, and I thought he was being very reasonable considering the work needing to be done. Greg fixed the tiles on the following morning; he emailed me before and after photos, which I really appreciate. I have used Crucial Roofing on several occasions to repair a leak from my roof or to do preventative fixes in event of gutters being blocked with leaves. Greg will promptly call or email back me when he can come by. If urgent, he will come on the same day. An assessment of the work to be done to repair the problem with an estimate is clearly explained to me with photos. Greg's team, especially, Randy, take pride in the work they do and on one occasion cleaned the gutter to prevent water backup. I saw this first hand as they allowed me to climb up the ladder to see the repairs to the roof. To date I have not had any further problems with leaks. I would strongly recommend Greg and Crucial Roofing Services.

Greg was very professional before, during and after the job. He kept in touch with me via email after our initial contact to let me know when he would be able to drop by to inspect my tile roof and do a estimate. Pictures were taken before and after the job to show the work done.Extra work was required when Greg found another problem and he stuck with his original estimate and completed all the repairs required.I did go up into the attic to check for water leaks during the heavy rainfall the very next day and everything was bone dry. No complaints whatsoever!

Greg from Crucial Roof Services has done a couple of small roof repairs for me now. On both cases, he was friendly, reasonably priced and he did what he said when he said. I am very happy with the work and how it was done and would thoroughly recommended the company. I can't say this about all roofing contractors as I have had bad experiences with others out there.
