Access Storage - Winnipeg East

This review is not about the staff at this location; they're wonderful and have been very friendly everytime I have had to speak with them, but unfortunately:I had around $1,500 in inventory at this storage location stolen and various sentimental items destroyed by the thieves, and like clockwork they're demanding I pay them for this months rent, and have offered NOTHING besides a replacement lock in terms of compensation.They claim to have 24/7 security, but allowed somebody to jump the fence at 2:00 AM and break into multiple lockers.On the bright side they replaced the lock that the thieves cut with a $20 lock completely free, but that does NOTHING about the other $1480 in inventory that was stolen from my locker.Thanks Access Storage, I will be removing my stuff ASAP and never recommending this company to anybody in the future.

I needed storage for a few months and chose Access Storage. Very happy I did!! Staff was wonderful and the process was quick and easy! Clean location. Will definitely return for future storage needs!!

Staff is super helpful, and the facility is clean and it's well looked after. Prices are reasonable and first 4 weeks are free!! Very easy to use facility.

Place seems to be a good place to store your belongings with tightly locked lockers in a few different styles. It really helps your first month is free

It was a very positive experience. Clean well kept heated storage. Definitely would use again if required. Keep up the great job.
