Call VBV about a dried up water leak, and and within 24 hours they were on site, repairing and painting the ceiling! This company is on the ball! They really care about customer service, and it shows in the way they have always responded to me.Highly recommended!

Bad management.. They only care about the money. Maintenance and repair are the worst, always making promises..you just have to follow up again and again otherwise they wont fix it. Service and attitude is worst as well never encountered this before..i do not recommend this management..

To my understanding VBV is the worst property management I have ever dealt with. I was never happy with their service nor their behavior, all they care about is money. They assigned me with the worst unit with non hygienic and dirty suit. I'm sure they only keep their best reviews and discard the ones that has complains. I do not recommend this property management. Not worth it.
