Carla is exceptional, professional, and incredibly kind! She perfectly photographed the very best of our family this past Thanksgiving, and the memories captured in print will forever remain a part of our family's legacy. I have been doing photo's with Carla for over 4 years, documenting our Wedding, and also Christmas and birthdays and change of seasons with our first born, and then adding Ethan and Xander on the way. She has an amazing way with children, and she seems to always capture the shot, even though the kids don't feel like cooperating. Carla did my 3 years old daughter's Shichigosan (Japanese tradition) pictures. My daughter is very shy so we were a bit worried about the photoshoot, but we quickly realized that was not necessary. Carla made us feel so comfortable and my daughter was relaxed and smiling the entire session. When we saw the photos Carla took, we were speechless. They were so beautiful and there were so many candid photos that we couldn't even imagine. Carla also took some siblings photos and family photos and they were all amazing. First impressions are very important. It all started with a phone call with Carla over a year ago. We talked about my vision for my engagement and wedding pictures. Over the phone, she was so kind and positive and knew exactly what I wanted. She took pictures at our venue before, so it was a bonus, we knew she knew where to take the best shots. Fast forward to our engagement shoot, Carla knew the right spots and took the most beautiful pictures! She had great photo ideas and used my ideas too. My (now) husband and I were so impressed on how they turned out and how well we worked together. She was very down to earth and so easy to talk too. Carla was exceptional when it came to taking the right photos and was very honest if the lighting wasn’t working or the poses weren’t capturing our personalities. She listened to all our ideas and got to know us and our style after our first shoot. We kept in contact throughout the whole Covid-19 pandemic and we were so happy she was still able to take our wedding photos. It was meant to be. Our wedding day was magical and Carla made it even better by taking photos we could have not imagined. She captured all the small details I didn’t think of such as a close up of us holding hands or our dessert table or making some photos black and white. We thought she would just capture us all day, but we loved how she took pictures of everything! She made it so easy to smile and be ourselves in front of the camera. Carla makes using a camera so easy, snapping away and changing setting so fast. She literally captured the day perfectly and no words can express how much we loved working with her. Our wedding photos are the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen. Now, the hard part is picking the best ones because Carla took so many perfect ones! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the most wonderful pictures we’ve seen. We had a wonderful shoot with Carla for our baby's 1st birthday cake smash and splash! Carla was very warm and welcoming. She played our baby's favourite song during the shoot and that definitely got smiles from our little one. She was patient and took her time to get great shots even with our little one running around and changing outfits. We would definitely recommend Carla! : )

My husband and I contacted Carla after the birth of our daughter. I was hesitant on having my pictures taken so soon after her birth but it was important to me to have her pictures captured at such a young age. As soon as I met Carla the morning of the shoot, I knew we were in good hands. She was warm, professional, and took her time to make us all feel comfortable. She wrapped my daughter gently, was well prepared (bringing along more than just the materials that I specifically requested), and stayed later than we had anticipated (due to my daughter not staying still!). The pictures turned out amazing and we can't wait to print more. I'm so happy we trusted Carla to capture such a huge milestone in our lives and we can't wait to work with her again. Carla was great and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. She was communicative, responsive, organized and timely throughout, which made the whole process a breeze. It was really easy to work with her for my shoot, and the photos were exactly what I wanted.

My son's Cake Smash photo session was a wonderful experience. I was so nervous going in. I was worried if my son would stay still or be into it. Carla was amazing at making my family comfortable. She gave us direction with ease. It was great. Also beforehand, I gave Carla an idea of what I was looking for as a backdrop. Not only did she deliver my idea exactly she exceeded my expectations. I was so happy when I walked in. Loved this experience and I will definitely be booking with her company in the future. She captured memories of my little family perfectly.

We love Carla! She has been photographing Christopher since he was 3 months old and he is currently 5 1/2 years old! Carla is a natural at getting amazing photos of our son ( who loves her by the way). Carla has also photographed my nieces and nephews and taken some priceless photos over the years of the 6 cousins ranging in ages from 3-12 and has successfully obtained spectacular shots of all these children.
