Went here for a new pair of shades and had an awesome experience, the guy at the front desk was super helpful helping me find a pair I like. Talking about different styles and all the new ones to come out. Very friendly service which was super awesome. Cuz idk about anyone else but for me chosing a pair of sunglasses is a challenging task because I need to find one that I'm really comfortable with especially considering the high end cost of brand name stuff. I'm super happy with the ones I got! Thanks for the hand!

I purchased a pair of glasses from them today for the first an last time ! Customer service is horrible..The staff are so disrespectful..All this argument and lies because you don't want to redeem a 10 dollars coupon !!Very cheap and unclassy

Went in to get a new pair of sunglasses and the employee with red hair was very unhelpful, rude, and probably shouldn’t be working in customer service. Would not recommend going in on a day she’s working!

Won’t honour Oakley warranty. I’ve bought two sets of Oakley sunglasses here and both broke due to manufacturers defects. The first pair I was told they weren’t covered and convinced me to buy a second pair. When the second pair broke, they told me they also weren’t covered, and if they were I had to go to Oakley. Oakley told me I had to go to point of purchase. Because I registered in their club, I could get another pair for 50% off. No thanks. I’ll take my chances anywhere else and move on to different brands. TERRIBLE service.

I was looking for a specific pair of sunglasses… The knowledgeable staff at Sunglass Hut informed me that the lenses I was looking for were discontinued. They then helped me find some that were very similar. None of the other sunglass stores that I went to could help me out the way they did. I would recommend Sunglass Hut over any other store that sells sunglasses in Bower Place Mall. Thanks again.

Many selections of sunglasses of all kinds of brands (high end only) but don't expect low pricing. They are a name brand only store. Overall the lady I met when I went there was fairly nice and informative on the different brands they have.

Fabulous service, my Persol sunglasses broke and the manager at the Red Deer store ordered me a new pair under warranty from Calgary that came within days, she was also professional, friendly and her customer service was excellent.Highly recommend them.Liz BloosRed Deer AB

The staff were helpful and the selection was awesome. There was some thing there for everyone at all price ranges. I’ll be returning in the future.
