We had the bucket of chicken, gravy, spaghetti, pineapple juice and both the peach mango pie and their new coconut pineapple pie.Chicken is very good... as good or better than KFC and/or Popeye's!!!Their pies are delicious but pricey at $4 each.

First time to Jollibee. Service was typical Pilipino. Very friendly and smiles on everyone. Food took time but the chicken sandwich was hot out of frier! The fries were fresh out of frier. Front staff were constantly cleaning and keeping the place clean. Tables were wiped and floor was being cleaned. The peach mango pie was very good. Should have got two. Lots of parking and plenty of dining room space. Will be back to try chicken.

Went to Jollibee Regina yesterday after not being there for quite a while. I was surprised that staff are no more all- Filipinos. That being said, service and atmosphere inside isn’t the same. I’ve been to Jollibee’s in the Philippines and USA, Filipino staff are evidently hardworking, fast but efficient. Yesterday in Regina branch, 2 Indian (from India) were just standing in one corner and on their phones the entire time we were there. The lady who took our order, not sure where she from but accent was a problem, she’s nice though. When it was all Filipinos, everybody can be seen working and good in communication. I just hoped that kitchen staff are still Filipinos, because so far, the taste is still Jollibee as usual.

Restaurant started in the Philippine, is very popular with the expatriates.I went with some friends for a quick lunch. Has a spicy chicken sandwich, some noodles and a pineapple drink.Food was good.It is new restaurant. Everybody in good mood. Lots of kids and parents.A good place for the whole family. Lots parking.

I am in love with the fried chicken- the original style!!! It’s not greasy- pieces are big and it has a nice crispy coating! It’s great how a bucket comes with gravy too! I also really like the pineapple quencher! Staff are always friendly when I have been in the drive through and they really seem to like their jobs!

I went there on 18th May 2023 at 8:30PM to take out Spicy Chicken and they said that store will close in 30 minutes, so they won’t take an order for spicy chickens. Is that a joke? That answer would have been okay 10 minutes before closing, but not 30 minutes before closing time!!The manager has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I requested her saying that I went to East of the city from South of the city just for spicy chicken. She didn’t care. Never ever going back again.

I love jollibee! It’s 2 1/2 hours from ours so we’re very excited eating again here. I love the chicken and sweet spaghetti. The pineapple is top notch, so refreshing. I like their fries it’s good. Place and service is good and organized. Will go back again :)

Tasty but pricey- $40 for 2 people to try a variety of menu items. Pineapple quencher, spicy chicken and peach mango pie were really good. Spaghetti and Palabok were ok. Couldn’t taste any coconut in the coconut pineapple pie. Glad we gave this place a try.
