We received excellent service from Royal Urbain. We worked mostly with Charles and he was very helpful, friendly and always got back to us in a timely manner. The apartment is nicely renovated and in an excellent location with a high walking and biking score. Great for students! It was the first apartment we looked at but because of the fantastic location and condition of the apartment as well as the great service we received from Charles and the team, we chose to end our search here.

This place is very beautiful and has the best staff I have ever met, administration was very understanding and gave us a lot of advice and well needed guidance.It has good prices and great care of it's tenant, 10/10 I wish I could star higher.

Le Royal Urbain au 3777 St-Urbain et une immeuble avec terrasse sur le toit et situer proche du Boul.Saint-Laurent qui est un quartier vivant et beau à voir à l'année longue. Je suis chanceux et super content de vivre dans ce cartier proche de tout.

Beau immeuble bien entretenu, tres bien géré. Les surintendants sont maginifiques, proffessionnels. Jolis appartements avec une tres belle terrasse.

Genuinely terrible landlords and poor property management. Landlords make up lies to keep deposits (e.g. saying you didn't pay last month of rent when they ask for first and last months rent upon move in). They purposefully make themselves unavailable despite living in the building by not picking up calls or answering emails. Most people don't go through the hassle to fight them. If you do try and politely approach them, they'll outright yell at you and be aggressive.
