I came to get my foundation matched half an hour before they closed, as that is the only time I had. I was trying on the samples, I accidentally put some samples on top much and didn't expect some to be so full coverage.One staff member was rude to me and told me, We're closing soon

I came here today, and had a simple pick up order. I literally waited for 10 minutes before someone even ACKNOWLEDGED ME. Once I was acknowledged, I had to wait until 10 minutes before someone even came to the pickup counter. The girl who helped me was rude. I expressed to her that EVERY TIME I come here for a pickup order I feel invisible, and a simple pickup order shouldn’t take this long. She literally looked at me and didn’t say anything. she just slid my bag across the counter then as I’m walking away she was very condescending and shouted “ have a blessed day”. Don’t shout things as I’m walking away because when I was in your face you had nothing to say and didn’t even acknowledge what I said to you. When you’re a person of colour these are the things you have to deal with. I will not be back.

Customer support laddies are lazy! Not willing to help customers to choose products. They like to stand for the sake of standing to get paid, or busy talking with their colleagues.They need better attitude in terms of helping buyers. They should NOT talk with their colleagues about customers behind customers’ back! That’s so rude and non professional!

I’ve only ever had good experiences here. Staff are always spread so thin (super busy location) and are still very patient/helpful when you need them. Mina was on cash today and is so kind and knowledgeable.

Today is my daughter’s birthday and she was excited to go pick up her SEPHORA birthday gift. Unfortunately, we got stuck in the traffic and we arrived 5 min before store close time. She run to the door, happy she still made it but came back few min later with a sad face. Apparently the lady at the door ( Tiffany) “greeted” her that the store is closed and therefore she can’t go inside. My daughter explained to her that it’s her birthday and she is there for the birthday gift. Very rudely Tiffany continued to insist that it’s too late and that she can try tomorrow or online even though she didn’t know if this would be possible.After seeing my daughters disappointed face and hearing about what happened, I went back with her to the store and spoke with Tiffany. Her attitude was still very aggressive. My only point to her was that she at least could’ve wished my daughter a happy birthday. She then agreed to let her in and pick something. She asked (still not politely) what she wants and once she said what she wanted, she checked and explained that they don’t have it. At this point I asked her name and we left the store.

There are number of women working here who are extremely awkward in their communication. Most of them are middle aged with very toxic, miserable and insecure attitudes. With exception of one or two staff the rest are pretty much same. They follow you around and will do everything to make you feel uncomfortable when you are there just minding your businesses and checking out stuff but when unfortunately you actually need their help they disappear or will not bother listening to you. They will cut you off 10 times before you finish your sentence. That is exactly what happened to me today but I ended telling the woman ok never mind I don’t want help then the lady started being rude to me making a scene for merely telling her nvm. Then a few other staff comes along ganging up on me, I avoided confrontation with them by ignoring them and going to the next isle. One of them follows me even to the other isle telling me I am rude to the staff and she will ask to leave the store. I was there with my daughter I was so embarrassed my daughter witnessing their classless, barbaric and extremely rude behaviour and I have never felt so freighted while shopping. They didn’t even bother to act a bit civilized for the fact that I was heavily pregnant. I Iive very close to this location but I avoid it 99% of time and order whatever I need online unless it is absolutely emergency. Literally they have absolutely no class or basic understanding of etiquettes and how to act like a civilized human.

Most of the staff is nice but the woman at the counter (with light brown hair and tattooed eyebrows) was extremely condescending and rude! I asked if I could combine my points with the VIB sale (I was there on April 22, 2023) and she responded with no

yesterday I went sephora around 7:30pm and asked them to help me in finding a good serum for my skin.. the lady there told me to wait near the door she ll come when free. she was not doing any thing, she was just standing there not helped mei kept waiting for almost 40 mints and then I left. I don't think I ll visit that branch ever again.
