Not worth the time or effort- could be better! Loved their for four years enjoyed my unit until the last year where the company was changing owners and didn’t care who they rented to and cause people who hoarder and create messed I’ve never had issues with cockroaches but I seen many in other units I’ve been gone for a few years and still hear about their bug issues they say the issues are fixed but clearly they are not taking the right steps to clean it all up it’s hard to pay rent and know your in a dirty situation landlords don’t give a shut about you just the rent it’s renovated and prices went up but I bet their is still bugs

This building is pet friendly yes, however the neighbors are not very patient and very rude. One of them even treated to kick my puppy. Lots of drugs abusers and sketchy people wondering the halls and stair cases. You cant make any noise even during the day or else they all freak out. Walls very thin and parking poorly managed in the winter time, not worth the 30$ extra a month. Staff is very kind an friendly thought.

DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE!! Bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The whole place is infested. Bugs got in our food, in our bed, in our sofas, in our closet. It was everywhere. Staff not helpful at all.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.I had to move early, so I found a friend to take over my lease for the final 3 months. We filled in all the required papers and followed all the steps and applied. They told us it would take 48h to get a reply - it took OVER 60 DAYS to tell me he was approved. Throughout which I got multiple notices for unpaid parking (I don't live there anymore so I was not using the parking, which I told them about).Still to this day, the apartment is not in my friend's name with only 2 weeks left on the lease, because they refuse to let me sign the papers to officially hand over the lease to someone who was already approved by them.Oh but that's just one problem. Don't get me started on cockroach problems, the disgusting parking lots and the look of a block that was abandoned in the 70s.Pros:Great LocationCheapCons:Everything else.

Lots of cockroaches..in our stay here for a year already, they treat it twice but keeps coming back no matter how you try to keep your place clean.

Smells bad this building from head to toe .

Ce n'est pas propre à l'intérieur: poubelle,dans la salle de lavage, des insectes contaminés circule tout par tout des couloir et des odeur de pipi de chien sur les tapis de couloirs et dans l'ascenseur. Les personnels qui travaille sont émotionnels négatifs dégagée sur les clients! Ils sont de la difficulté d'être professionnel en vu des clients et ils partagent beaucoup leur vie privée.
