Silhouette Ca. Was unable to give me dates for restock critical hardware I needed. The next day I received a notice from a 3rd party supplier, the parts I wanted were in stock for less money. Had I known Curio machines were going to be discontinued I would not have bought one.

I don't know who else has experienced trying to receive a replacement machine that's under warranty, but it's like jumping through hoops for them to initiate anything. It's been several months of me experiencing registration failures (Spending hours just to get something to cut, and doesn't register consistently, works for one sheet then doesn't for the one right after) and me contacting support (which takes several hours and days) and now it's my second time asking them for support and they still don't seem to believe the machine is defected.I highly suggest that the support gets better, as it's extremely frustrating for a small business when your machine is what's being used. On top of that, they want to schedule these troubleshooting calls with their technicians on days where some may have to work. So also time away from a day job?I wish I could get a refund after going through all this frustration, and if not just please give me a replacement without having to jump through all these hoops. Is the warranty really a warranty if you're not granting it to your customers?
