Awful service, rude, they dont know what they are doing

The young woman in her 20s with long black hair picked up my package and threw it, for no reason! I ended up working a few late night shifts and it wasn't worth filing a complaint about her anymore, by the time I wasn't too busy to. But if her or anyone at this Canada Post location ever disrespects me again, there will not be enough freedom in the Charter of Rights, the law, or Canada Post company policies to prevent them from losing their job and never work for any Canada Post again. Good luck.

Waited in line quite awhile. The reason for delay is communication. I noticed that some of the customers did not speak English very well and did not understand how things work. Made it difficult for the workers to do a good job. Also, much frustration on both sides.

I have send 16 luggage from Winnipeg to Windsor I got 15 luggage and 1 of them is missing when I track that specific luggage number it shows in Mississauga, Ontario when I call Canada post their response is we don't we are sorry but I am calling Canada post for 3months and yesterday they are saying we lost it we don't have any answer then what is the use you are given the responsibility to help people with their lost object whoever is working in that department is useless and no brain they think it’s simple just tell the customer we are sorry we lost it doesn't work that way I have my valuable things in that luggage your $65 won't help in that you people should work on this $65 doesn't help it’s my valuable things because of your careless and worst management I have lost my luggage the whole scenario looks like you guys are thief waiting a customer more than 3 months and at the end you are saying we lost it even though it shows in Mississauga, Ontario. I don't need your $65 you guys can have that I need my luggage you have tracking number everything how is it possible to lost it. Change your management worst service ever.

Extremely rude and such a rip off. I had to pay $75 to receive a tiny package that was damaged, then paid $23 to return it and they refused to print out the label!!! They pretended not to have a printer and asked me to go to a library and do their job basically. If im paying all this money why am i printing the shipping labels?????

Terrible service. The old lady was very arrogant and impatient, almost yelled at me when I asked details. Customer service is very poor and such people shouldn’t be customer facing.

All the time when I come to this post office there is a kind and nice lady, Carolyn, she is amazing.Love the services I received

Horrible experience trying to forward my deceased Father's mail. Virginia was absolutely no help at all. She stated that identity theft" was a concern. Shame on Canada Post for making it more difficult than it should have been and shame on Virginia who was no help at."

the old cranky lady workin there eating potato salad was rude and accused me of lying, when my package was just documents and wanted to send as a letter like normally but this lady was rude and wanted me to write a customs form that woulda just said paper inside. the other younger woman was nice previously though.
