I dread to write anything as the memory of being ripped off still stings. We were quoted $3400 to handle selling and buying our house. All the details were given and never changed. We thought all was well until we went back for our bill. I actually had to nag them to get it 2 weeks after the close.Final bill was over $8000. At no time were we informed that it would be more, all they said was that the other people were a problem. Richard Day laughed at me twice when I said I would take it to the legal system. Said that no good deed goes unpunished.I asked them if they took their car in and got a quote for 4k but later were handed a bill for 8k, would they be happy? They said yes, they must have found other stuff and would be happy to pay for it. I hope your mechanic reads this...Beware of these people, they hold your money and take what they want. You don't pay their bill, they just take it out of your money.
