Tim Hortons quality has taken a massive dive in the last few years. Tim's user to be my go to place for coffee and breakfast on the way to work or on the road during a trip. However, recently the coffee quality has gone down substantially and one cup is never like the next. My most typical problem is a burnt cup of coffee that has been sitting too long. Also, the location I stopped at yesterday literally had none of the options that I asked for, I ended up with just a coffee, and it was mediocre at best.

The coffee is usually extremely burnt. If you ask for a sandwich get ready to receive the wrong order. The donuts are good. The customer service is questionable, It's either a really nice person or a horrible person. If you ask for cheese u won't get it, if your lactose and specifically ask for no cheese you'll get 3 different kinds on your sandwich. Not a consistent restaurant horrible wait times.Avoid

Excellent customer service. Great team who seem very supportive of one another. Some Tim Hortons make their items better than others, this location is among the better at least what I had (Ice Caps and donuts). Also, even though they couldn't fill my water bottles directly, due to covid restrictions, they gave me two large waters which I then used to fill my bottles. Overall great experience.

Very often make orders wrong, especially with drinks. Went to get a donut and flavored iced coffee, only had 1 kind of donut in the whole place. And the iced coffee was bland with no flavor, but a strong caffeine taste. Almost undrinkable. Definitely a lower tier Tim Hortons now within the Central area.

stop at this place every time going from cb to st. john’s, usually always well but a bit slow today i asked for tators and i got these big ones on top to make it seem full and like a lot , half a cup of they were all put in properly, i work at tim’s myself and i have never ever seen anyone put less then the rim of tators and a good amount of them , also got a tbc and they didn’t add lettuce or tell us they never had any, nice people but not the best service

Stopped in here on our way from St. John’s to Deer Lake. Cute little Tim Hortons that is very modern despite being in the literal middle of nowhere. We had a great experience with the staff who are all very friendly, and our food came out quickly. Would definitely recommend it if you were driving the same route for a quick bathroom break and some good coffee.

Used the drive thru. Would have been quicker going in, for the fact there was a line up at the drive thru. Order tea w/ fresh milk, but from what it looks like written on the lid they used cream, which is disgusting.

Typical Tim Hortons. Long wait for a coffee when we were there, 12 people working, drive through backed up??Not sure why they aren't open at night for baking, customers, etc.??.. Should be 24 hours!
