Only gave 4 stars as we haven’t tried the full groom yet. Our pup had her first bath & tidy here & she didn’t feel scared at all. She was absolutely beautiful & smelled super good after her session. The groomer was very friendly and made Chai comfortable. Definitely going back.

I took my dog the first time and they did a good job. I decided to take him in for a second time and we were super happy and loved what they did to him.Amazing job, they did charge more than the first time but still we were happy.Thank you ladies for amazing service

I took my 10 month old cavalier there for his very first groom ever. He was very anxious and afraid. The staff were amazing at getting him to calm down and to get him used to the sights and the sounds that come with getting groomed. He left one very happy and trimmed puppy.

Do not go to Furfection. Even if you don't have a pet, if you see the sign run away. We've been taking our dog there for grooming for 7 years. In the last year the quality of their work has gone straight downhill. I don't know about the other groomers that are currently working there, but Whitney is the last one who groomed my dog and basically shaved her bald. I had given her specific instructions to what I wanted and she completely disregarded them and now I have a bald dog. All she did was offer excuses that my dog's fur was badly matted, which it wasn't. I could have done as better job with my own clippers and saved $80. Don't go to this place. Ever.In response to the owner... It has been 24 weeks since our last visit because, if you check your records Whitney was the last groomer and she had shaved my dog bald. It took that long for her hair to grow back. I thought I would give another chance since it was recommended that we brush the dog to prevent mats, which we did. The waivers were signed before Whitney even looked at the condition of my dog, thinking that the groomer would be reasonable in how to proceed. Specific instructions were provided as to what we wanted trimmed. These instructions were not followed. She had a lovely coat before the grooming. Thank you for lousy service.

Whitney took so much care with my Australian Shephard. He looks like a new dog! I highly recommend coming here.

I took my 5 month old chocolate lab Larry to Furfection for the first time (he’s never been to a groomers yet) and he had a blast!!! The ladies there were so good with him and praised him for his good behaviour. They treated him with love like he was their own, and I felt 100% comfortable leaving him in their care. When I picked him up they dressed him up in a cute little neck tie, and sure enough he passed right out on the drive home from all the fun he had. Will be going here from now on. Thank you Furfection!!

Don't go here. Whitney is the worst groomer ever. I took Harvey, my labradoodle in and his coat was completely ruined I went to get him. Too bad I can't give zero stars.

Don’t bring your dog here if your dog behaves like a dog. My husband has been bringing his 8lb pound toy poodle to this business for 2 years and 1 specific groomer for at least 4 years. Judging by the other reviews on google, seems like the owners will put the fault on customers. Charge is about $100 and he tips on top of that. Go somewhere else. No loyalty to the dogs or their customers. Disgusted.

My Monster Kobe(lil shih-pom) has been going here for about 2 Month now! The staff and service has always been awesome!! i asked to make him look like a Teddy Bear i came back and he looked like a real live Teddy Bear lol Last time my puppy obviously realized he did not like being at the groomers and was being a little crazy the girls gave me some advise on how to calm him but i don't k now how well that worked LOL he is A Monster but we will see when he goes on Sat! Wont take him anywhere else :) Highly recommend!
