Wait times are horrible, always missing items in the bag , never have anything in stock , the owner should shut down and find something better to do than waste people time. Other than that the employees are top notch !

Decembre 27th at 7:03 pm, another bad experience at this mcdonald’s, Manager can’t seem to control her staff, and the staff didn’t look any bit interested in actually working. Took 10 minutes for them to tell us that they didn’t have what we ordered after we had already paid for our items. Asked for a full refund ( with lots of attitude from the manager on shift) and left, really going to have to stop coming here.

I ordered a Big Mac Extra Value Meal, a free Med Fries and 4 Junior Chichen. I waited in my car. When they bring the food to my car, there wasn't any Fries! Both Med Fries disappeared! luckily I didn't leave right away.

All good but the printers on the ordering machines seem to always either fail or be out of paper. The staff seem to be active and working hard. Fast and kind. Thank you.

As a McDonald’s is perfect super clean amazing , just I had a very bad experience, they put a girl was not well trained to take order , it took us about 5 minutes to make her understand that if we buy a medium fries we got a free soda, but when we went to the window she still want to charge us for fries and soda however at the end we had to park and solve the problem, what a waste of time and the poor girl was so stressed out, if they see she can not do that job they should give her other things to do , however I love that spot because is so clean and yummy

Totally messed up a simple drink order. Orange and strawberry are 2 different drinks even if both share fruitopia brand. Who even drinks the SB One? The orange is the closest to the McDonald's orange drink. Since no longer have that after how many decades? I'll edit it if I eat there again or get a reply. Guy ignored me when I tried to stop him from leaving. I get that mobile orders take time away from drive through. But it exists. Not my fault

It took 44min drive thru to get the food...fries ice cold,burger was warm at best
