Randi Kepecs, Occupational Therapist, IBCLC Lactation Consultant, Infant Feeding Support

Randi is an amazing Lactation Consultant! She was so helpful when I was having issues with breastfeeding and a clogged duct. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and reassuring. She gave me a lot of different ideas and strategies, and would always follow-up to see how things were going. Breastfeeding can be incredibly stressful, but Randi truly made the journey easier and more enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

Randi is an exemplary Occupational Therapist and Lactation Consultant! She's helped me immensely with both of my children and if I need support with my third (currently pregnant), I will be going directly to Randi. She has supported us with breastfeeding (latching, engorgement, blocked ducts, weaning, and more), and taught us countless strategies to support our kids' sensory-motor development. Randi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, trustworthy, and takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to all of her work. I highly recommend her, without hesitation, to anyone looking for Occupational Therapy or Lactation support!!!

Writing this review actually 6 months later on- I had recently reached out to Randi to thank her for her support at the beginning of my feeding journey which was incredibly dark and difficult through postpartum and feeding difficulties. Randi went above and beyond to help me move forward and now that I am doing a lot better and still SUCCESSFULLY exclusively breastfeeding at 7+ months i needed to officially say thank you. She truly knows her stuff and approached me in an empathetic manner at my most vulnerable state. Thank you Randi!!!!!!

We first met Randi for OT support with my first daughter and she was amazing! I knew she was becoming a LC, so I reached out when I was having some difficulty with nursing my second baby. Randi came to my home to support after a C-Section. She made me feel SO supported, helped by giving tips for bottle feeding and pumping if I chose to do that and answered all my texts for a week after. Most of all, during a very emotional time, she was always able to make me feel like I was doing a great job. Would recommend her to anyone for either service!!

Randi was a lifesaver! I contacted her after noticing my newborn wasn't latching properly and feeding became excruciatingly painful for me. Not only was Randi able to resolve the latch issue, she also taught me various techniques/provided me with additional resources to make feeding easier moving forward. I was ready to give up on breastfeeding and would have if it weren't for Randi working her magic! She is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her services.

Randi is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced OT and lactation consultant. She has been so supportive and helpful with answering my questions related to development for my 2 young children. I deeply value her insight and am so fortunate to have her to rely on for support during my parenting journey!

If you are looking for a lactation consultant, you NEED Randi!!!!After seeing four lactation consultants, Randi was BY FAR the BEST one. I tried to figure out what it was about Randi that made her the best one out of the four, and I honestly think she has something you simply cannot teach people, something special and comforting that gave me the confidence to continue on with my goals.Randi‘s vibrant energy, confidence and passion for what she does made the process that much more enjoyable. I don’t think I would still be breastfeeding my baby if it wasn’t for Randi coming to the rescue. She got to know me and my baby and learned what my goals were.Randi helped me with proper latching, weaning from a nipple shield, milk supply, she even noticed my baby was tongue tied on our first virtual appointment (and his tongue tie wasn’t an obvious one either!) and so much more.she even sized me for a pump flange, which I had been told was fine previously from someone else . I was using a size 24mm flange and she fitted me for a 15mm flange! That’s a big difference and I can’t believe how much more efficient pumping was once I got a proper fitting flange.Randi was just so knowledgable in every aspect of breastfeeding and was always very quick to send me a list of topics we had discussed with links to articles or information, she even sent me an Amazon link for the new flange that would fit my specific pump!!! Anyways, I don’t know what else to say besides if you’re struggling or need support….you need Randi!!!!

Randi is an exceptional Occupational Therapist and Lactation Consultant. She has been my guiding light with respect to all developmental concerns I have had since my first son was born 4 years ago. She was also so supportive of my bottle feeding goals with my second son a year ago, and helped me transition with so much kindness and patience, not to mention her amazing support in starting solids. Randi is an empathetic, reliable and kind therapist and my kids and I are lucky to have a presence like hers in our lives.

Posting this on behalf of my wife:As a first time mother I had no idea how to breast feed. I was given pointers in the hospital however they were not working. I truthfully did not enjoy breast feeding. It was painful and a little traumatic. Randi came and demonstrated proper breast feeding techniques that worked for my daughter and me. She was so patient and really took the time to understand our individual needs. Randi turned a dreadful experience into one I honestly look forward to now. I have the confidence to feed my daughter- which is a HUGE win. We are forever greatful for Randi!
