West Edmonton Mall Inn

Overall this hotel is good. Because it is close to where we play and the price is cheap. Also very clean. But she said that I couldn't get the water park discount because I booked the hotel online. It's a bit of a pity that I booked here because of this. The last thing is to never play TV remote control for children, which contains paid movies. But no one ever told me that. It took me almost $70 to find out.

Had a great 3 night stay and the hotel met all of our expectations. Excellent location right accross from WEM and rooms were comfy and the to-go breakfast boxes were an added bonus. Denise at the front desk was amazing and really went above and beyond to accomodate all of our (many) requests and made our stay with 3 little kids so much easier :) we can't wait to return

You get up to 50% at the water park which was a big bonus for staying here! Stayed here cause we spent 2 days at the mall. We spent most of time in the mall and just used this as and easy place to sleep. Really close to the burbn street entrance where all the restaurant and bars are located. Room was cozy with a nice bed and big shower. If we go to the mall again we will be staying Here.

Checked in early, and they also let us park and store a bag in their office on the day we checked out. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, we used all the attraction passes. Conveniently located across from the mall, handy to walk back and forth every day. Room was great. Wifi apparently wasn't working very well but other than that, our stay couldn't have been improved.

I wasn't too sure what to expect when I seen this hotel rated as a 2 star hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and just fine for a cheap getaway.

Basically Edmonton Mall’s Value Hotel, the cheaper option between this and the Fantasyland Hotel, this Hotel gives you 50% off of most attractions like the Waterpark and the Sea Lion Show to name a couple. There’s free breakfast boxes that are included as well as quick access to the mall, just a walk across the street! The rooms aren’t the greatest though, they’re outdated, but the employees are very nice! So if you’re on a budget but still want to do lots at the mall with free breakfast, get booking. But if you are spending ti e in your room and don’t want to deal with traffic while at your stay, keep looking

The rooms here are absolutely filthy. We had blood stained pillows and sheets along with other unknown stains. There were many stains on the sheets. There were also many hairs on the sheets, I wanted to puke. The walls were dirty with stuff stuck on. The curtains were filthy. The sink had chunks of I don’t know what. The room smelled horrible, a mixture of wet dirt, old smoke and booze and wetness. I would never recommend staying here. I am still so grossed out many showers later and being at home. I want to vomit every time I think of this place.

When we got to the hotel we had to wait bout 10 mins before someone actually came to the counter, the room when we initially went in was amazing, bed was so comfortable, bathroom is huge. But then came the next day when we came back from the mall. The floors weren't vacuumed, nothing was wiped down there was crumbs everywhere, the bathroom essentials were not restocked. Old soap was left instead of cleaning it up and replacing them, was very very disappointed in housekeeping

Where do I begin…. The room was SO dirty. Hair and grime everywhere. Yellow nicotine dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. And it smelled like a dive bar. Sheets didn’t looked changed, they were all stained and had hair and crumbly bits throughout the bedding. Make up stains on the pillow, there was a wad of Kleenex jammed into the peephole of our door from the people before us, and we found a red nylon cord still tied to the bed legs…. Which was really fun to explain to my 11 year old. We couldn’t go anywhere because we got in so late and everyone was exhausted from travelling… plus it was 200 a night so I didn’t want to be charged and not even sleep there. Needless to say, no body slept well and we left as soon as we woke up. We checked out after 1 night even though we were booked for 3 and they didn’t charge us for the other nights thank god. Never again.

We stayed here the week of Mothers Day in May and have nothing but praise for the hotel and staff. The front desk staff was very helpful our first few days and the housekeeping staff is one of the best. Our room was always nicely done and special requests were no issue. Everything in the room worked as it should though the case goods are showing wear. The room itself is very quiet and the beds were comfy.The breakfast is boxed and available at the front desk along with coffee. The biggest advantage are the discounted tickets for the activities at the mall. We shopped to our hearts content on the weekend and took heed that there were far less people at the two big parks during the week and it was cheaper. Lots of fun for all. Lots of walking, and lots of spending. We had a great time!
