Genesis Furniture - Markham

A medium sized furniture store that sells a variety of things like many privately owned small stores. Like many Asian run furniture stores, they appear to offer decent after sales support and will send someone to fix, replace or modify items if you have issues with them. The photos provided aren't what the showrooms look like and are more staged show pieces for advertising. Staff came off as a little unfriendly or cold. We saw some ads for furniture we were interested in and made the trip, only to learn none of the items we wanted to see in person were actually in the showroom. Prices on things I did see felt like they were at a premium or it could be the runaway inflation happening at the moment.

I went to Genesis and found a sofa I wanted, but I needed that delivered to home asap. Genesis went the extra mile to deliver it to me and setup everything as well. Thank you for this wonderful service and experience.

Moderate service, everything was delivered within promised time. They repaired some minor defects. 4 months in and no complaints!
