my second purchase of a Hustler 0 turn mower and as happy as the first time, great service.

I purchased a Mahindra eMax 22 compact tractor in 2016 from B&B in Halville and they were great to deal with. They did some warranty work, parts ordered, repaired and back to me in 2 days. The following year Reise Equipment purchased the Mahindra line. I have had a few issues with the tractor, but is under warranty. I called Steve in service in April-May this spring for leaking front axle seals..... I was told they were really busy and to call back in July-Aug .... I called againEnd of August and dropped the tractor off. A week later I was told yes the seals are leaking (already knew that) parts had to be ordered and would have to wait for them to get enough for a stock order or Pay $30 for delivery. Gave the go ahead to order and I would pay the $30. I called September 11th ( Wednesday)and was told parts are in and the tractor would not even get into the shop until Friday at the earliest. By the time I get my tractor back from a warranty repair, it will be about 3 weeks...... it's bad enough having to wait this long, but dealing with Steve is hell. He is rude, arrogant and does not understand the word SERVICE..... I would recommend Mahindra in a heartbeat, but not Reise Equipment...... very sadRobin Hopkins
