I was so impressed by Fabian Ta and how he went above and beyond my expectations. He was prompt and professional in acquiring the car battery that I required in such a timely manner. Called on Friday just before lunch, by 2:30 pm had received the tracking number and was on its way to my home in Waterloo. Excellent service and a great price. Will definitely recommend Total Battery to my friends and co-workers.

I got the lowest price, best service and quality on a new motor cycle battery. They also sell chargers and give great tips to help you get the best life and reliability from your new battery. I will use them again! They also have batteries for cordless phones and anything else that uses a battery

Well first thing is never been there before, going in on Saturday, the staff there are very Nice, Dealt with Alan there, nice man a knowledgeable and helped me out. The other staff member there (sorry didn’t get his name) was friendly and helped unloading old batteries and loading new ones.Ooh and forgot to mention, great deal got there too!!Thank you all at Total battery!

Total Battery and in particular Bryan is one of the best customer service person I ever deal with. (but I have been in Canada ONLY 30 years....) He not only took my inquire very seriously but also when over his sources and contacts to get me a positive answer and solution for my problem. We could not get the parts I was looking for, but he recommend a valid alternative I end up not taking it, but for my own reasons. I personalty would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a battery and I highly appreciate all the time and effort Bryan did to solve my problem. This what I call beyond the call of duty". I have no doubt that this company will grow very fast with this kind of customer service

I deal with the Vaughan location and the Barrie location and both locations have great helpful staff. I purchased deep cycle batteries for my solar system, romba batteries, laptop batteries, kids ride on toy batteries and bring old batteries for scrap. The staffs are always very helpful and knowledgeable, they always answer all my questions and if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock they order it for me.

I received the best customer service at this location. Not only do they carry a large variety of quality batteries at good prices, their warrantees are second to none. I bought a LiFePO4 battery for my RV. Lightweight with lots of power and an 11 year warranty. The lithium charger came free with the battery. It was not in stock, but Bryan shipped it out to me promptly when it was received. Well done!

Excellent service and a very large selection of batteries. The staff were very friendly and took time to assist me in getting me what I needed, while educating me in the product. I received a great price on the battery for my car that also comes along with a 36 month warranty. I would recommend this company to anyone.

took 3 batteries that were less than a year old in , after telling them they were not charged they tested them and told me they were at 80 % and needed to be replaced. Seemed more interested in selling than customer service. EDIT : LIES YOU TOLD ME AND I QUOTE What we are saying is you need new batteries" FROM YOUR MOUTH. I was the one who called the battery mfg and they told me the rest ."

Fabulous customer service. I traveled from New York to Ontario and needed 450 Lithium batteries quickly for our client site. Bryan ordered them and had them ready to go when I showed up at the Total Battery store. He also shared his expertise of how to test batteries. I would definitely do business again with Total Battery of Vaughan.
