I love this shop. It's filled with precious little treasures that are a pleasure to gift to expecting parents. I make a special trip from Mission to shop here when the occasion arises. Our family is expecting the first grandchild, so I'll be there soon! Well done, friends.

Ugh, I was looking forward to going to this place for MONTHS. We finally decided to go for a stroll and all I can say is what a disappointment! Don't get me wrong the selection is great and they carry a lot of amazing brands who I shop online with BUT THE SERVICE! After wandering the store I ended up with around $200 worth of items in my hands (also extremely excited because some items in store were sold out online). But the fact that I had to wait while the cashier was at the till talking to someone about her EYEBROWS. Ridiculous, I waited...and waited....and waited.... and they're still talking about them, she told me she'll just be a minute. So I waited again....I ended up being able to put back ALL my items before they finally stopped and was asked if I needed anything. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So extremely frustrated and upset because this potentially could have been our main shopping store for my daughter. Great way to lose someone's business and their family's who was with me too.

I've not been to the physical store since I ordered online. So my experience is based on online order. Long story short, Canada Post lost my order during delivery two times. Melissa was able to send another one out and refunded me partially for the trouble.I'm very happy I did get my order in the end. And even though it's somewhat slow for them to reply to my emails, they eventually did and solved my issue.Overall, I've had a good experience and will order again.

I love this store. All products are top quality and the service was outstanding.

For quality and cuteness- will recommend one hundred percent, but a lil on the pricer side! Loved the plush toys!

Outstanding customer service and excellent selection. The owner went above and beyond to help me out in a tricky situation and I was so impressed with the support. I put in an online order 2 weeks ago and items have not yet shipped. Tried emailing and calling and zero replies. Very disappointed, especially since I needed the items for back to school.

Far surpassed my expectations. We had a slight mixup during the ordering process and they noticed before it was shipped. They then went above any beyond to ensure we got what we needed in time for the holidays. 5 stars!!!!!
