Horrible service both business and customer service. Brought in a suit on December 29th which gives them ample time to clean it. On December 30th by the afteroon I picked it up and they only had the shirt done because the power was out for a couple hours. They're response Oh well" . Thanks for not caring after your customers or even a td saying open an hour or two later to do your job. A bunch of people with suits and tuxedos are going to be quite disappointed. I guess there's nothing you can do since they have the monopoly in the area."

Ended up being $10 more than what was quoted to me. They also didn't call me back to let me know they were done. I called nearly a week later and couldn't get an answer. Called the next day and they had to go look in the back to tell me they were done. I said I need them done before Thursday when I left them on Friday and I had to call and get them at the last possible minute.

fast services and great counter staff.very unprofessional management I spoke with when I had an issue. I was berated in front of other staff. this poor rating is only reflective on that experience

HORRIBLE SERVICE/CLOTHES RETURNED BURNT. They dry cleaned my trousers and when they were returned I saw they were burnt. One of the hook was also gone. The worst thing is they didn’t even tell me about the damage when I went there to pick up my clothes. Upon checking, when I pointed out the burn to the attendant she admitted the damage happened at their dry cleaning plant. I called their plant office to talk and ask for reimbursement but the lady there was very rude and when I insisted on getting my money back and she said whatever" and hung up on me.
