Famoso Pizzeria - Sumas
I had the Rigatoni Bolanese and it was superb. Back again and the food is as good as I remember it. The staff are very polite, friendly and efficient. A wonderful place to enjoy good food and good company. My dinner companion suggests a little less onion in the coleslaw.

Got 2 pizza wings & fries the pizza were both completely undercooked unlike the wings that were deepfried to a crisp with no sauce and we ordered the buffalo definitely not going back as we watched someone who was outside when we arrived walk behind the prep station with a back pack on and proceed to place the carrots that come with the wing order on the plate with there bare hand , no hand washing at all , I would give this a negative 1 star if that was possible

Manager/owner was extremely rude and demeaning to his employee the entire time we where there. Very uncomfortable to watch. This guy should hire more staff and not take his lack of management and personable skills out on his employees. To the girl that served us: any other business would be lucky to have you, don't waste your time working for this guy.

I usually order from the mt Lehman location with ZERO issues, but given they haven’t been available on door dash, I’ve ordered from sumas. 3 times now my order has been wrong - primavera pizza with cooked prosciutto, & the prosciutto is missed EVERY time. This time the pizza is missing olives, a main listed ingredient. Door dash refunded me a $2 credit for my pizza that consists of only mushrooms, artichokes, & peppers, when I paid more than $2 for the prosciutto. Will not give it another chance, not worth $40 for disappointing pizza missing half the ingredients & arrives cold.

Dined in on the weekend. The manager was absolutely horrid to his employee who was working very hard and doing her best, despite him giving terrible direction and yelling at her across the restaurant. In this job market he should be grateful to have ANY employees. It was very uncomfortable to watch and made our dining experience bad. Food was average comparative to other Famoso locations we’ve dined at. I would avoid dining or working here.

This is my first time posting a negative review, I ordered the margeherita pizzete combo which is supposed to be a small pizza with a tomato soup. Instead I received pasta and some sort of sauce with three large gray lumps in it. I couldn’t eat it I was so turned off by the look of it.

We have always loved Famoso, and until this location opened, we have been satisfied customers of the Mt Lehman location. However, after having the most disappointing pizza ever, we felt the need to address the issues. While Famoso pizza is not the cheapest in town, we never mind paying, because it's always been a quality product. This time, we ordered from the Sumas location, and the pizza was basically inedible. The crust was burnt, there was barely enough of one cheese, never mind 4 cheeses, which we paid for. The Margarita pizza had almost zero toppings! Supposed to be cheese, spinach and sauce. It was flavourless burnt bread, maybe a pinch of cheese and an eyedropper of sauce. Seriously unhappy! Will never deal with this location again!!

We ordered 2 large pizzas - both were so salty they were basically inedible. Not sure if salt is added as an additional seasoning. Given this is not something I have seen in other reviews this was perhaps a one-off. Nonetheless, very disappointing
