I like Joe fresh for its wide size range. They make night clothes for great prices for all sizes and for the whole family what more could you ask for. A large sales section? They got that too.

Manager is very rude! I brought to his attention that a store error was made which he admitted. He did not apologize for the situation or do anything to try and resolve it. I live in a different city but he expects me to drive back to montreal for a refund. Worst customer service!

WORST LOCATION EVER. Staff is always on the phone (personal call clearly) today a girl who was working in the kid's section was yapping on the phone in creole and wasn't even remotely bothered that I asked her 3 times where certain things were located. She just pointed and was completely careless. Didn't help me one bit.Then I asked a thin dark haired girl at the cash if she had something in another size and she answers me I don't know. NICE! IF YOU DON'T KNOW, WHO DOES??!!! DON'T YOU WORK HERE??? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION, INCOMPETENT AND LAZY LAZY STAFF. Don't waste your time.

I ordered something online, got the wrong item. Spent an hour going with the metro to the nearest joe fresh but they didn’t want to accept the return because it’s not the same thing I ordered. So I called customer service, wasted a lot of my precious time and am promised that the $8 won’t be deducted. Yet here we are, I was charged the $8 return fee. What terrible company communication

Small, calm and clean shop, right next to the metro (Parc station). You can find nice and comfy t-shirts under $10, if you watch out for sales.

Today (25-July-2022), that guy in cash register shows his discrimination technique. If your skin colour is brown, then think twice before going on that parc metro branch of Joe Fresh. I chose some stuffs but later left with empty hand.

They have some great deals at the moment, but changing rooms are closed. And the male cashier was shockingly rude, yelling at the (calm, polite, few) customers to line up in a different direction, and yelling aggressively again when we didn't understand exactly what he wanted.
