This has been my go to place eversince they moved from the smaller location across Mcphillips! Everything from fresh organic meat and dairy to vegan and vegetarian options. Vitamins and healthy beauty maintenance options. Spices and baking goods too! Many local products from baked goods to Manitoba rolled oats plus produce.

Decent selection but can be pricey . The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about certain products and the location of those products . Offering to maybe get a product that they didn’t offer could be something that the store could do as a product asked for wasn’t available. I know it’s all about the bottom line but somewhere the attention to customer service does make the difference or used to . They do have special discount days which makes things more affordable
