Great service, friendly and helpful. The ice cream is always fresh and creamy, not icy. I recently moved to Brantford and the Baskin Robbins here does not even compare Georgetown. I will only buy BR ice cream when I come back to visit my friends in Georgetown now.

Owner is so nice ! He will bend over backwards to help his customers, never takes advantage of younger customers who may not understand the scoop to price ratio lol!! Very nice man

Went in today around 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. The lady was sitting there on her phone when I went in doing nothing when I went in. I asked for 2 milkshakes and she said she wasn’t able to do milkshakes because they are about to close and she has to sanitize the stuff. This happens everytime I go there. Worst location ever.

Their ice cream are really good, even the ice cream sandwich (cookies were so yummy!).. i just didn’t like the reception from the young lady who was working there. She was a bit rude talking to us. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but my family felt how snobbed she was.

Old man in ice cream shop is very unfriendly, uncooperative, and horrible at communicating. Not recommend. Very rude.

Great service from a young man. The line was huge on a hot day and you could tell he cared and was trying to serve all the customers quickly and with care. Honestly felt sorry for him because he was working so hard and you could tell he cared. Great service!

The gentleman at the counter was pretty rude. A small scoop should be round and set right in a cone. He pressed it flat like a plate and on top, added a chunk of spoon of topping. That's not how an ice cream cone from baskin robbins is meant to be presented. It's a brand shame there are no audits conducted at such franchises. Lastly, upon asking him to set it right, round and evenly place the topping, he says his floor will get dirty. Is it the customer's lookout or the owner's to learn how to present in a standard way?

I only went here once . The one in Georgetown South is incredibly over priced with 1 litre containers being around $7.00. I mean come on its not a premium ice cream. I do not know of all franchises are the same but I would not ever go back . I didnt buy any . If I want to buy ice cream that expensive I'd rather buy Hagen Daas or Ben &Jerry's ... much better quality IMHO. Save yourself some $$ and give this place a miss.

If I am going to pay almost $5.00 for a single scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream I a regular cone, the ice cream should at least fill the cone and then have a scoop on top. Over $15.00 for three very small scoops of ice cream is shameful! You need to do better Baskin Robin's Georgetown!
