Date: June 20th, 2022Time: 9:05amNo one answers the phone. When my mom arrived, the girl at the stairs said my mom did not have an appointment, so my mom had to wait upstairs for 1 to 2 hours. In the meantime, there was no line up, and no one was going downstairs for an appointment. We gave up and left.
