Luc went above and beyond to make a custom piece of glass in 2 styles to fit my coffee table. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to come to my home and do comparisons of the cuts. Fantastic company. HIGHLY recommend!

called this business about a year ago but didn't write about my experience until today. I had called asking about a small piece of glass to assist with a screen printing project. as someone who knew next to nothing about glass, I figured I would give them a call.I was instantly met with a disinterested man (I think his name was Wayne, but I'm not sure) who wasn't helpful at all. I explained my project, and that I don't know much about glass, and he said well do you want this glass

Had bad seals on a large 9 window wall. Shopped around for pricing in ottawa area. S G & S were one of the only companies that would even do a straight glass replacement as oppose to a whole new window which we could not afford to replace in its entirety(especially as nothing was wrong with the frames). The price was very reasonable and the timelines were good considering how busy they were. From quote to installation Dave and his crew were very polite, professional, answering all of our questions and concerns. Dave and his team were efficient when working, but still taking the necessary time to deliver great workmanship. Dave and his team worked clean and left the site in great condition. Not to mention I've never had such clean looking windows.Thanks guys,we recommend them for any of your glass needs and will be hiring them for future window projects.

The glass in my commercial door shattered in the night last month unexpectedly. I made a call to Luke at Stittsville Glass & Sign and had Dave at my shop taping up the shattered glass and measuring for a custom replacement shortly thereafter. Dave & Seamus just left and I couldn't be happier with the product or the service. They arrived when they said they would, they quickly and expertly installed my new thermopane insert (uninstalling and reinstalling the blind on my door in the process), they took all the old glass away and even vacuumed my floor and front steps. Awesome job guys thanks so much!

We had 3 glass insert panes replaced on the back of our house today because the seals had gone on 2 of them and 1 was cracked. The installers, Dave and Shamus, were the ultimate professionals, showing up exactly when they said they would, putting down drop cloths and removing shoes to come into the house to do the work, cleaning the glass after installation and cleaning up all materials used during the installation. There were very personable, explaining the installation process, the warranty coverage, and engaged in a few social interactions while they finished the job quickly. They even made an adjustment to one of the windows so it would open and close easier. Top notch work, as far as we are concerned. it is nice to see people that take pride in their work. Well done!

Amazing service for a giant mirror install. I got a quote quickly and a very fast turn around on install of the mirror and it looks amazing. Highly recommend this company!

Can you even tell the screen is there? Neither can I! These guys did an excellent job repairing the screen door that the dog ran through at full speed. The old screen was loose and gross and cloudy and I didn't think the door was worth saving but these folks did an absolutely fantastic job repairing it. It looks better than when we moved in!

I have dealt with Stittsville Glass and Signs on several occasions. Luke is very ingenious and goes the extra mile to find a solution. I highly recommend them.
