I had my draperies shortened by Anna. When I hung up my draperies, I realized that I gave Anna the wrong measurement due to my ceiling not being the same height. Anna not only took back the draperies and had it fixed the same day, but she didn’t charge me for my own mistake! Her customer service is admirable. She is quick, easy to work with, and kind. I would highly recommend anyone to use Anna for your next alterations!

I came to Anna with an embroidered tulle dress 4 sizes too big a few weeks before my engagement shoot. I had 2 fittings with her in total. The first one to take in the bust and waist and the second to adjust the length. She finished the full alteration in record timing with the neatest stitches and a perfect, evened-out length. She used the excess tulle to create a belt which really elevated the look of the dress for me. The price was extremely reasonable for the work put in. The studio is so organized and clean and Anna is such a pleasant person. Thank you for such a smooth, stress-free experience, Anna! I look forward to working with you in the future!

Anna is amazing, she works magic! I made the mistake of buying a jumper from a social media ad and though it was a size M, it came 5 sizes too big....I was heartbroken because I really liked the style, so I took it to Anna and begged her to help me and she made it look like a custom fit designer jumper and I absolutely love it! I called Thursday because I needed to get 2 of my uniforms tailored, and Anna told me to bring them in that day. I also brought 2 other dresses. She was extremely polite, helpful, and patient as I explained exactly what I wanted done to each dress. Other places told me it was about a 2-3 week wait, but Anna told me I could pick them up the very next day! I went in on Friday to collect my dresses, and they were all so beautifully done, and it was also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much Anna for all your help, I will definitely be back soon!

My partner and I highly recommend Anna's Alterations. We had a very last minute job that needed to get done before the next day. Not only was it ready before the time we requested, but in only a couple hours. She was fantastic through and through and the work done was expert.
