Went in to buy one of the few RTX 3060 TI's available. They tried to sell it to me for $450 more than msrp. I went to their website to complain only to find out this location is listed as their head office. They didn't even bother to change the prices on their website. Blatant price gouging.

No. No. No. Purchased a laptop in January 2021 with a 1 year warranty. Cooling fan failed October 2021. They will not honour their warranty claiming it should have been a 3 month warranty. I don't care what it should have been. I bought it based on the warranty labelled on the screen at time of purchase.

Scalpers taking advantage of the current market is not something you’d like to see from a retail store. Selling cards for nearly double the msrp is disgusting and not pro-consumer at all and is disgraceful.

Good price but very rude. I'm the only one at the store and i'm asking about a product and the clerk doesn't even pay attention to me nor was he even trying to sell me anything. I asked for the product hanging in the wall he grabs it and throws it in front of me like he didn't care. He clearly had no interest at all as if I bothered him. If I only had a choice I would have walked out and just buy the product elsewhere. Now I know I will definitely avoid buying from this place in the future. Price doesn't matter for me, It's the customer service that worth more.
