The manager/owner (freckled brunette) can't remember her name is horrible here. Do not go. Go up the mountain or any other location than this. The girl has a huge attitude problem. I complained because I saw the beds were being cleaned with the same dirty towel again and again and I developed a rash on my back from laying in the beds. This has never happened at any other tanning salon! So I complained and she gave me a nasty attitude. Bad customer service. She claimed what I was saying wasn't true but I saw it with my own eyes and the rash doesn't lie! I cancelled my tanning membership that day and never went back. Even though it's the closest sol exotica to my home, I go to the one on upper gage. I suggest all people reading this do the same. Do not give this woman your money or business. And almost forgot to mention the filthy floors in here. Someone get a mop! Wouldn't be surprised if clientele here have had issues with warts or fungus on their feet.

Such an amazing tanning salon!! Always VERY clean and the staff are all so sweet and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great place; I go there for actual health reasons (broken back - vitamin D /calcium absorption) only for around 5 minutes every 2 weeks or so and they're always really friendly, quick and clean. Surprisingly for how rarely I'm there, they always know my name and have my account pulled up as they see me walk in. It's one of my fave 10 mins of every month, lol.

The manager -Melissa has a huge attitude. I voiced my complaint her I received pure attitude and disregard as a manager that’s very unprofessional to not give a care that your customers are unhappy. As a business you try to make your customer happy. Very unprofessional salon. Beware

No surprise when I come to check out the reviews I find the same problem that I am having. Thought maybe she just didn’t like me but turns out her huge attitude problem has affected more than just myself. I guess her name is Melissa. Always hoping to see a different lady working when I go for my tan due to her attitude I just always leave in a grumpy mood. Her attitude towards another women walking in as I was leaving was night and day. She was so sweet to her. Dunno what I did to deserve such sass but if it’s not only me realizing this than maybe she needs an attitude adjustment?
